I offer high-quality regular Professional Clinical Supervision for therapists and assistants.

Supervision is "an essential part of good professional practice" (CQC, 2013) and "the formal arrangement that enables you to discuss your work regularly with someone who is experienced and qualified… an essential component of a good quality speech and language therapy service." (RCSLT, 2013)

What I Bring to Supervision

I have worked for 20 years as a paediatric speech and language therapist, 10 years in teams within the NHS and 10 years working independently as a sole trader.
I have supervised student SLTs, multi-therapy assistants and therapists including newly qualified.
I am passionate about developing therapists and supporting our profession to grow and develop.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for reflection, support, learning, and development, committed to culturally responsive and anti-racist practices.
I have completed Levels 1–3 Supervision Training with 'Intandem'.
Supervision follows the evidence-based guidelines provided by the RCSLT.
I prioritise my own supervision in line with HCPC and RCSLT Guidelines.
I have knowledge and experience with the RCSLT Professional Development Framework to support reflection on your development and career progression.

We will set up an agreement to establish what our supervision relationship will look like and review this frequently to make sure it's right for you.
