Pricing, what's included, and what to expect
Assessment is required before any intervention or therapy can begin.
Discuss concerns about your child's speech and language development, or investigate assessment or therapy options.
30-minute screening for children aged 0–3 years to help determine if your child's language and communication skills are on track. A short summary report can be provided on request (+£35).
Assessment over 2 sessions (each 1 hour). Includes: in-depth consultation, detailed assessment using formal and informal tools, written report with findings and recommendations. One session can take place at school/nursery if appropriate.
For children who have previously had an SLT assessment elsewhere, or children under 3. Includes consultation, assessment, verbal feedback and recommendations. Written report on request (+£55). Additional school/nursery visit (+£60).
45–60 minute appointment following a period of therapy or 'waiting' to review your child's progress. Report on request (£35).
50-minute 1-to-1 therapy at home or school. Therapy plan and clear targets agreed before sessions begin. Parents encouraged to attend. Activities to support progress provided between sessions.
Shorter weekly therapy session at your child's school or nursery (with the setting's permission), usually when a group of children are seen within the same setting.
Individually-tailored therapy programmes with clear activities and resources, carried out at home or school by a parent/carer/school staff. Price dependent on complexity of programme. A review session is recommended after an agreed period.
Consultation visit to observe how your child's difficulties are impacting on their learning, and to support and equip education staff. Requires the agreement of the setting and protected time from key staff.
Contribution to Case Conferences, Annual Reviews and other meetings in person and/or by providing a report. Advance notice of at least 14 days required.
